Hey everyone! Kash here.
We had a pretty chill day recently, and I wanted to share the highlights with you. We decided to take a little trip to CALM (California Living Museum), which is always a great spot to get away from it all and enjoy nature. But before we got there, we quickly stopped at Albertsons, and surprisingly, it turned into an unexpected photo opportunity!
While at Albertsons, the flower display really caught my eye. You know how sometimes the most random, everyday places surprise you with something beautiful? That’s exactly what happened. The flowers were just so vibrant and full of color that we couldn’t resist taking a few shots. It’s funny how you can find little bursts of beauty in places you don’t expect. Even in the middle of a grocery store parking lot, creativity can strike!
After snapping those shots, we hit the road and continued on our way to CALM. The drive itself was full of picturesque moments, so naturally, we stopped to capture some of them too. Something is calming about long stretches of open roads, clear skies, and passing landscapes. Whether it was a unique patch of trees, a perfectly framed view of the horizon, or just the way the light hit the scene, we found plenty of reasons to pull over and take some more photos. It’s all about appreciating the journey, right?
Once we finally got to CALM, it was like stepping into another world. Surrounded by wildlife and the peaceful sounds of nature, we spent the rest of the day wandering the trails and soaking it all in. The perfect way to unwind, and of course, more photo ops were waiting for us there.
So, from the unexpected flower photos at Albertsons to the scenic drive and the relaxing time at CALM, it was a day full of capturing different kinds of beauty. I’ve uploaded all the photos below for you to check out! Let me know what you think – which ones are your favorites? Do you ever find yourself inspired to take photos in random places, like a grocery store, or during a road trip?
Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!
